- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary briefings to investors and board members on emerging market opportunities
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi methods)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
