Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with quantifiable impact assessments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and internal trend reports
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with venture capital-style investment analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or related futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Advanced degree in technology management, strategic foresight, or equivalent field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Published work in technology forecasting or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
