- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Build stakeholder consensus around ambitious innovation portfolios and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation scenarios
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for breakthrough opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in translating complex trends into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence points
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences and boardrooms
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
