Responsibilities
- Manage departmental communications and correspondence with citizens, officials, and agencies
- Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and records in compliance with government protocols
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for department leadership
- Process administrative tasks including payroll, procurement, and budget tracking
- Utilize specialized government software for data management and reporting

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or public sector
