Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document processing
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate departmental meetings and maintain scheduling calendars
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using standard office software
- Support records management and document retention protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on administrative projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Valid California Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
