Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain weekend data entry systems and databases for the Department of Innovation.
- Analyze weekly datasets to identify trends and anomalies in city infrastructure data.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports for city administrators and public stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state government data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless data continuity and handoffs.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all government records processed during the weekend.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy government documents.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or government records management.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive government information with strict confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a standard government background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
