Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal database integrity during off-peak hours (Weekends).
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues for government clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and data privacy laws (NIST/FISMA).
- Analyze system performance data to recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with on-call teams to resolve urgent security incidents or data entry errors.
- Document all technical processes and update internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background investigation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis.
- Experience with government-specific software (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, or custom CMS).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data protection.
- Availability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
