Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support federal decision-making processes.
- Validate and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with government standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for weekly briefings and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality requirements for sensitive government information.
- Assist in the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern data architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a government, military, or public sector environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required by project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
