Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure solutions for government agencies.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime.

- Provide high-level technical support and mentorship to junior staff and end-users.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent military/government experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working within the public sector or government environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or PMP are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
