Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with federal and state agencies on IT projects and data sharing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state IT regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
