Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of government security protocols and best practices.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
