Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming government documents, applications, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and protocols.
- Assist the weekday operations team by preparing reports, updating databases, and maintaining records.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the government office facilities during off-hours.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a government or public sector setting.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
