Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee government-funded community programs with strict compliance to federal/state regulations
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align program objectives with city strategic goals
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders including city council, grantors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote program accessibility and engagement
- Monitor program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability through meticulous documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors and partner organizations for seamless program execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government program management or public sector roles
- Proficiency with grant management systems and federal compliance requirements (OMB, OMB A-133)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass required background checks
