Responsibilities
- Manage Records: Oversee the intake, digitization, and archiving of sensitive government documents and public records.
- Weekly Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation and verification of weekly timecards and payroll documentation to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding record requests and agency policies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all database entries and filing systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline filing procedures and enhance departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or Public Records preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate office setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a standard background check and adhere to government confidentiality regulations.
- Reliability: Must be eligible to work full-time hours with a guaranteed weekly paycheck.
