Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, paving, and general site cleanup.
- Operate and maintain light to medium construction equipment such as dump trucks, rollers, and backhoes.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in traffic control, flagging, and maintaining a safe work zone in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Assist with snow removal and utility maintenance during adverse weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
