Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain advanced network security protocols across federal systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified infrastructure
- Develop incident response plans and lead cybersecurity breach mitigation
- Collaborate with federal agencies on threat intelligence sharing and security standards
- Manage security audits and ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal or DoD cybersecurity roles
- Active CISSP, Security+, or equivalent security certification
- Expertise in network security, threat detection, and incident response
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, CMMC)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and penetration testing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
