Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support to 200+ employees across multiple departments
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime
- Develop documentation for IT policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security regulations (FISMA, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 compliance
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
