Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the City’s core IT infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, and workstations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in network administration or IT support.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
