Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and availability of federal IT systems and networks.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data in compliance with FISMA and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and federal applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate new cloud technologies.
- Conduct system audits, performance assessments, and ensure adherence to federal procurement and IT policies.
- Document technical procedures and provide training to junior staff on federal IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
- Experience with federal IT frameworks, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
