Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for citywide IT initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal government regulations.
- Conduct regular status meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- PMP or CAPM certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record in government or public sector environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
