Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex IT systems to support federal agency objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to identify technical requirements and optimize workflows.
- Oversee system lifecycle management, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments, preferably with a large agency.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
