Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of NIST cybersecurity frameworks across federal systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for classified networks
- Develop incident response protocols and coordinate breach mitigation efforts
- Manage security compliance for cloud-based federal applications
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct technical training
- Collaborate with CISA on national security initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with federal systems
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and FedRAMP compliance
- Experience with Splunk, SIEM tools, and threat intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of FISMA, CMMC, and DFARS regulations
