Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of federal information systems and networks.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Perform system troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and compliance reports for federal audits.
- Conduct training sessions for federal staff on new software and security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a favorable background investigation (Public Trust clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of specialized experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Experience with federal IT standards, security frameworks (FedRAMP), and compliance regulations.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network routing, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
