Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support the agency's hardware and software infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues affecting end-users and systems.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect federal data.
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with federal IT compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
