Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal information systems and network infrastructure in Raleigh, NC.
- Implement and enforce federal cybersecurity policies and IT security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of federal IT acquisition and ITIL best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-stakes government environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for federal employment.
