Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure, servers, and cybersecurity protocols
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive government data from cyber threats
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees across multiple agencies
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations and standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Lead system integration projects for new federal initiatives in the Memphis region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT systems administration
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent federal security clearance
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-agency collaboration
- Knowledge of federal IT procurement processes and vendor management
