Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting veteran healthcare systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect sensitive veteran data against evolving threats
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise software and hardware solutions
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure system continuity for critical VA operations
- Conduct system performance monitoring and optimize IT resource allocation
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and mentor emerging IT professionals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive IT infrastructure management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Expertise in network administration and cybersecurity best practices
