Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks for federal clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols, NIST standards, and privacy laws.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Document system configurations, security policies, and technical procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of federal IT procurement and compliance regulations (FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
