Responsibilities
- Administer and secure federal information systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software applications used by federal employees.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system configurations in accordance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that improve agency efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT system administration or support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise-level operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
