Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex IT issues for federal clients.
- Enforce strict cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to internal staff and federal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security audits to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or federal contracting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
