Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT systems for veteran healthcare applications
- Provide technical leadership for cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Conduct risk assessments and develop cybersecurity protocols for federal data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery
- Manage system integrations with VA's electronic health record platform
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with federal systems
- Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Experience with FISMA compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
