Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and deploy government-approved operating systems and applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity protocols and government data protection standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical manuals for staff reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (Background Check Required).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
