Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure uptime.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of PC hardware components and troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check required.
