Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for county hardware/software systems
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Administer cloud services (Azure/GCP) and hybrid environments
- Coordinate with vendors for system integrations and maintenance
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and endpoint issues
- Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duty
