Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- System Architecture: Design robust backend systems and databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, project managers, and subject matter experts.
- Modernization: Drive the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Compliance: Understanding of government security standards and compliance protocols (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA) is a plus.
