Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the county's asset management database and inventory systems.
- Configure, deploy, and secure end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless system integration and uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
