Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile peripherals.
- Administer and maintain the Active Directory environment and enterprise ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT security protocols and compliance measures.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and hardware inventory audits.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base records.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Valid Driver's License required for on-site field support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
