Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain county-wide enterprise software systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct system analysis to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide Tier 2+ technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and external agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade legacy systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with data security protocols, government regulations, and internal IT standards.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system configurations for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT support.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and enterprise database management systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working within a government or public sector environment is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
