Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Configure and maintain local area network (LAN) infrastructure, including firewalls and switches.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory services.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and productivity software.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents with a focus on rapid turnaround and customer satisfaction.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure system reliability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Valid California Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site duties.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency technical situations as required.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
