Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with state security standards
- Oversee virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Provide tier-3 technical support for critical state applications
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years administering Windows Server environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud migration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Ohio IT security clearance
