Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for end-users and internal departments.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with government standards.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation.
