Responsibilities

  • Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced technical support to county staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • System Administration: Manage and monitor server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Security Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including firewall management, patching, and access control to protect sensitive government data.

Qualifications
