Role Overview:
As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting federal IT infrastructure. You will work closely with government stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis and design to support federal government projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with government security protocols and IT standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal systems and software applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for government stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT analysis, preferably within the government or defense sector.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to start.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or related programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
