Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions and web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to ensure project alignment.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to state security and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and relational modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to obtain a Michigan government background check and security clearance.
