Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough system analysis to define requirements, workflows, and technical specifications for state agency clients.
- Design, develop, and implement software applications and interfaces using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and security.
- Maintain existing systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide timely technical support.
- Document all system designs, processes, and code to ensure knowledge transfer and future maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related IT role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
