Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for government systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and database systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Document technical processes and procedures to support knowledge transfer.
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a government background check and security clearance.
