Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance neural network architectures and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research and development of proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
