Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning infrastructure aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Define the strategic technical vision for our core AI products and long-term innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI usage, and strict compliance with industry standards.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Oversee system performance optimization and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles and technical debt reduction.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
