Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the technical strategy for our upcoming product releases, specifically architecting the AI capabilities required to lead the market in 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that can handle massive data streams and complex computations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a world-class team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, advanced LLMs) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems.
- Roadmap Mastery: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the complexities of building future-tech solutions.
