Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Framework: Design and implement the core neural network architectures for the Project 2026 model, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Optimization & Deployment: Lead the deployment of high-performance inference pipelines on massive GPU clusters, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research into novel training methodologies, including self-supervised learning and multi-modal reasoning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier AI researchers and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and define the technical roadmap for future iterations of the 2026 model.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow) and high-performance computing (CUDA, ROCm).
- Architecture Experience: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and state-of-the-art diffusion models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems at scale in a production environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
